NESST brings people together to care for our environment, support local wildlife and make our neighbourhoods greener and more welcoming.
There are many ways to get involved. You might lend a hand with a practical project, come along to an event, share an idea or simply keep in touch with what is happening locally.
However you choose to take part, you’ll be joining a community of people working together to make a positive difference.

Membership is free and open to anyone who shares NESST’s aims.
As a member, you’ll receive our regular email newsletter with news about local projects, forthcoming events, activities and opportunities to get involved. To join NESST for free all you need to do is fill in this form.
Find your way to take part
Getting involved can be as flexible as you need it to be. You can:
- Come along to our talks, activities and social events
- Help with one of our practical projects or initiatives
- Share your knowledge, skills or ideas
- Suggest a project that could improve the local environment
- Join the core group and help shape NESST’s future
- Follow NESST and connect with others through our Facebook group
